         Urgh! A Music War is a 1982 British concert film featuring performances by punk rock, new wave, and post-punk bands and artists. Filmed in August to September 1980 it was directed by Derek Burbidge and produced by Michael White and Lyndall Hobbs. Among the acts featured in the film are Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark (OMD), Magazine, the Go-Go's, Toyah Willcox, Joan Jett & the Blackhearts, X, XTC, Devo, the Cramps, Oingo Boingo, Dead Kennedys, Gary Numan, Klaus Nomi, Wall of Voodoo, Pere Ubu, Steel Pulse, Surf Punks, 999, UB40, Echo & the Bunnymen and The Police. These were many of the most popular groups on the New Wave scene; in keeping with the spirit of the scene, the film also features several less famous acts.

           Plebe Rude é uma banda brasileira de punk rock formada em Brasília em meados de 1981, surgida da "Turma da Colina" numa época em que a censura proibia canções e vetava sua execução pública, por causa da ditadura.

          Atualmente é formada por Philippe Seabra nos vocais e na guitarra, Clemente Nascimento, dos Inocentes, também nos vocais e na guitarra, André X no baixo e nos vocais, e Marcelo Capucci na bateria.

         Nunca Fomos Tão Brasileiros foi o segundo álbum gravado pela banda brasileira de punk rock Plebe Rude.

            The Hives are a Swedish rock band that rose to prominence in the early 2000s during the Garage Rock Revival. Their mainstream success came with the release of the álbum Veni Vidi Vicious, containing the single "Hate to Say I Told You So". The band has been acclaimed by music critics as one of the best live rock bands.

         The Hives have released five studio albums: Barely Legal(1997), Veni Vidi Vicious(2000), Tyrannosaurus Hives(2004), The Black and White Album(2007) and Lex Hives(2012). They have one compilation album, Your New Favourite Band(2001) and they have issued a live DVD, Tussles in Brussels(2005).

          "Go Right Ahead" is a single by Swedish rock band The Hives, released in 2012. It is the first single taken from their fifth full-length album entitled Lex Hives and is the second listed track from that album. "Go Right Ahead" was released on 3 April 2012 through digital download platforms such as iTunes and Spotify. It was also released as a limited edition 7" vinyl for Record Store Day on 21 April 2012, however, it was available for purchase at the Zia Records tent during the first weekend of the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival on 15 April where they were signing records for fans. A live recording of the track was featured on the Adult Swim Singles Program 2012

O Concreto Já Rachou foi o primeiro álbum gravado pela banda brasileira de punk rock Plebe Rude.

Lançado como um mini LP em 11 de fevereiro de 1986, contendo sete faixas e produzido por Herbert Vianna integrante da banda Os Paralamas do Sucesso. Seu lançamento oficial ocorreu em fevereiro de 1986, com duas apresentações da banda na boate Noites Cariocas, em 14 e 15 de fevereiro. Comercialmente, é o álbum mais bem sucedido da banda, alcançando disco de ouro com cerca de 250.000 cópias. Contém músicas que fizeram grande sucesso nas rádios como "Até Quando Esperar" e "Proteção". É considerado um dos melhores discos do rock brasileiro. Um exemplo disso é que este álbum está na lista dos 100 melhores discos da música brasileira, feita pela revista Rolling Stone, ficando em 57º lugar. O álbum é executado por inteiro na maioria dos shows da banda. Isso deve-se ao fato do LP apresentar apenas 7 músicas.

Recentemente, o álbum foi relançado ao lado do primeiro disco da Legião Urbana, de 1985 e do primeiro álbum do Capital Inicial, também de 1986.

Em 2003, Gutje e Jander Bilaphra deixam a banda. Plebe Rude volta na forma definitiva com Clemente, que também integra a banda Inocentes, e Txotxa, que já havia integrado a banda Maskavo Roots. Marca a banda mais madura e que é ainda uma das grandes bandas do rock nacional. Em 2006, com esta nova formação, lançaram o álbum independente intitulado R ao Contrário, lançado pela revista Outra Coisa do Lobão. Com destaque para as músicas "O que se Faz", "R ao Contrário" e "Vote em Branco", música que inclusive foi tocada pela banda no show de Patos de Minas em 1982 junto à Legião Urbana.

Em 2009 a banda gravou de forma independente o CD e DVD Rachando Concreto: Ao Vivo em Brasília, que concorreu ao Grammy Latino de Melhor Álbum de Rock Brasileiro.

Em 2010 a banda assina com a gravadora Coqueiro Verde e confirma o lançamento do projeto no primeiro semestre de 2011. Ainda em 2010, a faixa The Wake, versão em inglês de: A Ida, é destaque na trilha sonora do filme Federal, com Selton Mello, Michael Madsen e Carlos Alberto Riccelli no elenco e direção de Erik de Castro.

Em 2011, após o lançamento do DVD Rachando Concreto, o baterista Txotxa deixou a banda para ir tocar no Natiruts, ficando Marcelo Capucci no lugar.

Ainda no mesmo ano, o álbum de estreia da banda (O Concerto Já Rachou, de 1986) é relançado dentro do box-set do documentário Rock Brasília juntamente com os álbuns de estreia do Capital Inicial e da Legião Urbana.

Já em 2012 continuou a fazer shows da turnê do DVD e no segundo semestre do ano começou a gravar material para um novo álbum de inéditas. Ao mesmo tempo, em conjunto com a produtora Pietá Filmes, a banda iniciou a produção do Plebe Ignara, que tentou ser financiado através da mobilização virtual dos fãs da banda mas não obteve êxito na empreitada. Além disso, a banda revelou a intenção de gravar um novo DVD ao lado da Orquestra Sinfônica de Brasília e um álbum infantil chamado Punkinho, que seria um álbum infantil tocado no estilo Punk.

Desfalcada temporariamente em virtude da ida de André X para os Estados Unidos fazer um mestrado em meados do mesmo ano, a Plebe contou com o baixista Fred Ribeiro durante dois anos.

Em março de 2014 a banda finalizou seu sexto álbum de estúdio intitulado Nação Daltônica, lançado em novembro pelo selo Substancial Music, além de abrir os shows da banda americana Guns N' Roses em Brasília e em São Paulo.

Em 2016 a banda lançou o documentário agora intitulado A Plebe é Rude, em parceria com a Pietá Filmes e o Canal Brasil. No mês de novembro a banda novamente abriu shows para o Guns N' Roses, dessa vez em São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Curitiba e Brasília.

Vivendo atualmente entre Nova Iorque e Brasília, o músico tem uma banda chamada Daybreak Gentleman e continua seus trabalhos com a Plebe Rude.

Felicidade Instantânea é o quarto álbum de estúdio da banda CPM 22, lançado em 2005.

Entre os principais sucessos do disco, se destacaram "Um Minuto Para o Fim do Mundo", "Apostas e Certezas" e "Irreversível".

Primeiro álbum sem o baixista Portoga, teve suas partes de baixo gravadas pelo guitarrista Luciano, até a entrada do baixista Fernando Sanches.

CPM 22 é uma banda brasileira de hardcore formada em 1995 na cidade de Barueri, São Paulo. Os membros, Badauí (vocal), Luciano (guitarra) e Phil (guitarra) já abriram shows de bandas internacionais como Lagwagon, No Fun at All, Down by Law e System of a Down (Rock in Rio 6, onde comemoravam 20 anos da banda). Foi uma das poucas bandas brasileiras de hardcore a ganhar um disco de ouro e fazer sucesso no mainstream, e com isso, abriu as portas para uma nova geração de bandas brasileiras de rock. Em 2008 ganharam um Grammy Latino de melhor álbum de rock brasileiro.

O álbum “CPM 22 - Ao Vivo no Rock in Rio” é um momento histórico para a banda e seus fãs: além de marcar a estreia do CPM 22 no maior festival de rock do mundo, comemora um momento áureo para a banda: os 20 anos de carreira. A banda, que abriu a noite de grandes nomes do rock mundial como System of a Down, Lamb of God e Queens of the Stone Age, levou ao delírio o público de 85 mil pessoas com hits como "Regina Let's Go", "O Mundo dá voltas", "Tarde de Outubro", "Dias atrás" e "Um Minuto Para o Fim do Mundo".

 “Confesso que fiquei noites sem dormir", disse o vocalista Badauí aos fãs. A banda subiu no palco com uniformes exclusivos para o show com o nome de cada integrante e um brasão que marca os 20 anos de estrada.

O DVD traz ainda um documentário de 22 minutos com registros inéditos e emocionantes para os fãs. Uma equipe de filmagem exclusiva para o documentário seguiu a banda desde sua saída de São Paulo rumo ao festival até minutos antes do show. The King Blues are a British punk rock band from London, England, credited for fusing punk and hip hop together with influences from ska and spoken word. Tariq Ali described the band's sounds as 'rough, radical music that should unsettle the rulers of this country. A new generation of musicians are challenging war-monger politicians and their courtiers'. Influences include Public Enemy, The Clash and The Specials. Lead singer Jonny "Itch" Fox describes the band's sound as 'rebel street music.'

The break-up followed allegations of manipulation and dishonesty by Itch towards the other members of the band.

Jonny "Itch" Fox confirmed that he was starting a solo project and would release music under the name "Itch". His first EP, "Manifesto Pt. 1: How to Fucking Rule at Life" was released online on 26 November 2012. He followed up with a mixtape produced by Dan The Automator and featuring Kid Koala titled "Dan The Automator presents iTCH- The First Course" which was recorded at Dan's studio in San Francisco

Itch's full-length álbum The Deep End was produced by John Feldmann and released on Red Bull Records. It included guest appearances from Taking Back Sunday, Matisyahu, Less Than Jake and Rancid. Lead single "Another Man" reached platinum sales in Australia and stayed in the top 40 for 5 months.

Jamie Jazz started a project with guitarist Paul Mullen (Yourcodenameis:milo, The Automatic). Bleach Blood signed with The King Blues previous record label Transmission Recordings and released their first record, a 4-track EP The Young Heartbreaker's Club in 2012 and a full-length album entitled All The Sides of a Circle in 2013 before breaking up.

On 6 May 2014, Itch, Jamie Jazz and Fruitbag briefly reunited for a three-song one-off encore after Itch's set at the 100 Club in London.

On 25 November 2015, The King Blues announced their return with a post on their Facebook page linking to a news article from Kerrang! with the accompanying message of "Guess who's back and pissed off again". On 12 February 2016, they released the EP Off With Their Heads along with a music video.

The King Blues were support for Enter Shikari on their February 2016 Mindsweep Tour which culminated at a sold-out show in London's Alexandra Palace.

The King Blues have toured in support of their latest album "The Gospel Truth" Their reformation tours have been sold out and included doing "food drives" for local homeless charities Itch has given little press interviews

In 2019, The King Blues released "38 Minutes" – a punk rock puppet opera written by Jonny Itch Fox. It is to be performed in a Camden venue in August 2019, it sold out months in advance. The musical theatre piece is based on a false alarm that went out in Hawaii in 2018 informing residents of an imminent missile. It took 38 minutes for a second alert stating it was a false alarm to go out. The soundtrack is the first release of Jonny Itch Fox's Meatball Records. The soundtrack entered the UK top 40.
