You are my special Angel
Sent from up above
The Lord smiled down on me
And sent an angel to love

You are my special angel
Right from paradise
I know you're an angel
Heaven is in your eyes

The smile from your lips brings the summer sunshine
Tears from your eyes bring the rain
I feel your touch, your warm embrace
And I'm in heaven again

You are my special angel
Through eternity
I'll have my special angel
Here to watch over me

A smile from your lips brings the summer sunshine
The tears from your eyes bring the rain
I feel your touch, your warm embrace
And I'm in heaven again

You are my special angel
Through eternity
I'll have my special angel
Here to watch over me

Here to watch over me

Everyone's comin' for christmas
Everyone soon will be here
And i'm calling again
Cause i've never been
Without you this time of the year

Everyone's sayin' how are you
Knowin'full well i'm not much
And presents to me
Means you here beside me
The love i'm so used to, the touch

Here in december it's hard to remember
The words of july ... that made us both cry
We've tried it apart and i know from my heart
That it's not working well ... it's just simply hell

Everyone's watchin' for santa
But you're all i'm longin' to see
To hold you once more, just like before
Or it won't be like christmas to me

We've tried it apart and i know from my heart
That it's not working well ... not working well

Won't you please come home for christmas
You're all that i have in this world
You know that i'll wait, won't give up hopin'
No matter how late, the door will stay open
I'm in love with you girl

So come home for christmas to me

Um clima de sonho se espalha no ar
Pessoas se olham com brilho no olhar
A gente já sente chegando o Natal
É tempo de amor, todo mundo é igual
Os velhos amigos irão se abraçar
Os desconhecidos irão se falar
E quem for criança vai olhar pro céu

O melhor presente é sempre o amor

WE WISH YOU A MERRY CHRISTMAS
BING CROSBY
SONGWRITER: UNKNOWNED
COUNTRY: U.K./U.S.A.
ALBUM: WE WISH YOU A MWRRY CHRISTMAS
LABEL: WARNER BROS.
GENRE: CHRISTMAS MUSIC
YEAR: 1962

"We Wish You a Merry Christmas" is a popular English Christmas carol from the West Country of England.
We Wish You a Merry Christmas è un tradizionale canto natalizio creato nel 1501 dall'Ovest dell'Inghilterra. È uno dei più celebri canti natalizi che unisce in sé anche la celebrazione della festa profana Del Capodanno. Ne esistono principalmente due versioni che differiscono leggermente.
I Wish You a Merry Christmas was a long-playing vinyl album of Christmas themed songs recorded by Bing Crosby for his own company, Project Records, and issued by Warner Bros. (W-1484) in 1962.
The tracks were arranged by Bob Thompson, Peter Matz and Jack Halloran and each conducted the orchestra for their own arrangements. The musical accompaniment was recorded on 23 and 25 July 1962 and Crosby over-dubbed his vocals on October 5, 1962.
The album was re-released by Capitol in 1977 (on LP) and again in 1988 (on CD) as Bing Crosby's Christmas Classics, with one track – "Pat-a-Pan/ While Shepherds Watched Their Sheep" – omitted. All the songs from the original album were included on a 1998 EMI CD called Winter Wonderland in the UK and on an updated 2006 Capitol CD of Bing Crosby's Christmas Classics in the US.

We wish you a merry Christmas
We wish you a merry Christmas
We wish you a merry Christmas
And a happy New Year.
Glad tidings we bring
To you and your kin;
Glad tidings for Christmas
And a happy New Year!

We want some figgy pudding
We want some figgy pudding
We want some figgy pudding
Please bring it right here!
Glad tidings we bring
To you and your kin;
Glad tidings for Christmas
And a happy New Year!

We won't go until we get some
We won't go until we get some
We won't go until we get some
So bring it out here!
Glad tidings we bring
To you and your kin;
Glad tidings for Christmas
And a happy New Year!

We wish you a Merry Christmas
We wish you a Merry Christmas
We wish you a Merry Christmas
And a happy New Year.
Glad tidings we bring
To you and your kin;
Glad tidings for Christmas

And a happy New Year!
