There’s something in your eyes
That’s far too revealing
Why must it be like this?
A love without feeling

There’s something wrong with you I know
I see it in your eyes
Believe me when I say
It’s gonna be okay

I told you from the start
I won’t be demanding
(I won’t be demanding)
If you have a change of heart
I’ll be understanding
(I’ll be understanding)

When love becomes a broken heart
And dreams begin to die
Believe me when I say
We’ll work it out some way

I’ll never try to hold you back
I wouldn’t try controlling you
If it’s what you want, it’s what I want
I want what’s best for you

And if there’s something else that you’re looking for
I’ll be the first to help you try
Believe me when I say
It’s hard to say, goodbye

We’ve lost that loving touch
We use to feel so much
I try to hide, the truth that’s in my eyes
(A love without feeling)

But when I feel, we’re not in love
I know I’m losing you
Believe me when I say
We’ll work it out some way

I’ll never try to hold you back
I wouldn’t try controlling you
If it’s what you want, it’s what I want
I want what’s best for you

And if there’s something else that you’re looking for
I’ll be the first to help you try
Believe me when I say
It’s hard to say, goodbye

Don’t say goodbye
If it’s what you want, it’s what I want
I want what’s best for you

I’ll never try to hold you back
I wouldn’t try controlling you
If it’s what you want, it’s what I want
I want what’s best for you

And if there’s something else that you’re looking for
I’ll be the first to help you try
Believe me when I say
It’s hard to say goodbye

I’ll never try to hold you back
I wouldn’t try controlling you
If it’s what you want, it’s what I want
I want what’s best for you

And if there’s something else that you’re looking for
I’ll be the first to help you try
Believe me when I say

It’s hard to say goodbye.

She's a good girl, loves her mama
Loves Jesus and America too
She's a good girl, who's crazy 'bout Elvis
Loves horses and her boyfriend too

And it's a long day livin' in Reseda
There's a freeway runnin' through the yard
And I'm a bad boy, cause I don't even miss her
I'm a bad boy for breakin' her heart

Now I'm free
Free fallin'
Yeah, I'm free
Free fallin'

Now all the vampires walkin' through the valley
Move west down Ventura boulevard
And all the bad boys are standing in the shadows
And the good girls are home with broken hearts

Now I'm free
I'm free fallin'
Yeah, I'm free
Free fallin'

Free fallin', now I'm free fallin', now I'm
Free fallin', now I'm free fallin', now

I wanna glide down over Mulholland
I wanna write her name in the sky
I'm gonna free fall out into nothin'
Gonna leave this world for awhile

Now I'm free (Free fallin', now I'm free fallin', now I'm)
Free fallin' (Free fallin', now I'm free fallin', now I'm)
Yeah, I'm free (Free fallin', now I'm free fallin', now I'm)
Free fallin' (Free fallin', now I'm free fallin', now I'm)

(Free fallin', now I'm free fallin', now I'm)
Now I'm free
Free fallin'
Oh (Free fallin', now I'm free fallin', now I'm)
Free fallin' (Free fallin', now I'm free fallin', now I'm)
Now I'm free (Free fallin', now I'm free fallin', now I'm)
Oh, free fallin' (Free fallin', now I'm free fallin', now I'm)
(Free fallin', now I'm free fallin', now I'm) Free fallin'.

Eu sei
Que a vida tem pressa
Que tudo aconteça
Sem que a gente peça
Eu sei

Eu sei

Eu vou estar aqui

Cantei
Cantei a saudade
Da minha cidade
E até com vaidade
Cantei

Eu vou estar aqui.
