Gary B.B. Coleman(January 1, 1947 – February 14, 1994) was an American soul blues guitarist, singer, songwriter and record producer.
Originally a local musician turned blues promoter and session musician, Coleman recorded his debut album in 1986, which was re-released by Ichiban Records. He issued several other albums and produced most of Ichiban's blues catalogue until his death, in 1994. On many occasions, Coleman undertook multi-instrumentalist duties in the recording studio. He acknowledged both B.B. King, with his "B.B." moniker, and a fellow Texan, Freddie King.
The sky is crying
Can't you see the tears roll down the street
The sky is crying
Can't you see the tears roll down the street
I've been looking for my baby
And I wonder where can she be

I saw my baby early one morning
She was walking on down the street
I saw my baby early one morning
She was walking on down the street
You know it hurt me so bad
It made my poor heart skip a beat

I've got a bad feeling
My baby don't love me no more
I've got a real bad feeling
My baby don't love me no more
The sky is crying, ya
Can't you see the tears roll down the road.

"Tequila Sunrise" is a 1973 song written by Don Henley and Glenn Frey, and recorded by the Eagles. It was the first single from the band's second álbum Desperado. The song peaked at number 64 on the Billboard Hot 100.
A cover version was recorded by country music singer Alan Jackson on the 1993 tribute album Common Thread: The Songs of the Eagles. It peaked at number 64 on the Billboard Hot Country Singles & Tracks chart.
Glenn Frey and Don Henley did not write songs together for their debut álbum Eagles, and they decided that they should collaborate after they had finished recording the debut album. According to Frey, he was lying on a couch playing the guitar, and came up with a guitar riff he described as "kinda Roy Orbison, kinda Mexican". He showed Henley the guitar riff and said: "Maybe we should write something to this." The title refers to a cocktail named Tequila Sunrise that was then popular. In the liner notes of 2003's The Very Best Of, Henley had this to say about the song:
I believe that was a Glenn title. I think he was ambivalent about it because he thought that it was a bit too obvious or too much of a cliché because of the drink that was so popular then. I said, 'No-Look at it from a different point of view. You've been drinking straight tequila all night and the sun is coming up!' It turned out to be a really great song.
The Eagles are an American rock band formed in Los Angeles in 1971. The founding members were Glenn Frey(guitars, vocals), Don Henley(drums, vocals), Bernie Leadon(guitars, vocals) and Randy Meisner(bass guitar, vocals). With five number-one singles, six Grammy Awards, five American Music Awards, and six number-one albums, the Eagles were one of the most successful musical acts of the 1970s. At the end of the 20th century, two of their albums, Their Greatest Hits (1971–1975) and Hotel California, were ranked among the 20 best-selling albums in the United States according to the Recording Industry Association of America. By 2006, both albums were among the top three best-selling albums in the United States. Hotel California is ranked 37th in Rolling Stone's list of "The 500 Greatest Albums of All Time" and the band was ranked number 75 on the magazine's 2004 list of the 100 Greatest Artists of All Time.
It's another tequila sunrise
Stirrin slowly across the sky
Said goodbye
He was just a hired hand
Workin on the dreams he planned to try
The days go by
Every night when the sun goes down
Just another lonely boy in town
And she's out runnin round
She wasn't just another woman
But man I couldn't keep from comin on
It's been so long
Whoa and it's a hollow feelin
When it comes down to dealin friends
It never ends
Take another shot of courage
Wonder why the right words never come
You just get numb
It's another tequila sunrise
And this old world still looks the same
Another frame.

And I wished for so long, cannot stay...
All the precious moments, cannot stay...
It's not like wings have fallen, cannot stay...
But I feel something's missing, cannot say...
Holding hands are daughters and sons
And their faiths just falling down, down, down, down...
I have wished for so long
How I wish for you today

We all walk the long road. Cannot stay...
There's no need to say goodbye...
All the friends and family
All the memories going round, round, round, round
I have wished for so long
How I wish for you today

And the wind keeps roaring
And the sky keeps turning gray
And the sun is set
The sun will rise another day…
We all walk the long road. Cannot stay…
There’s no need to say goodbye…
All the friends and family
All the memories going round, round, round, round
I have wished for so long
How I wish for you today
How I”ve wished for so long
How I wish for you today

We all walk the long road (3x).

Physical Graffiti is the sixth studio album by the English rock band Led Zeppelin. It was released as a double album on 24 February 1975 by the group's new record label, Swan Song Records.
The band wrote and recorded eight new songs for the album in early 1974 at Headley Grange, a country house in Hampshire, which gave them ample time to improvise arrangements and experiment with recording. The total playing time covered three sides of an LP, so they decided to expand it into a double by including previously unreleased tracks from the sessions for the earlier albums Led Zeppelin III, Led Zeppelin IV and Houses of the Holy. The album covered a range of styles including hard rock, progressive rock, rock 'n' roll and folk. The album was then mixed over summer 1974 and planned for an end-of year release. It was delayed because of the sleeve, which was designed by Peter Corriston and featured a theme around a tenement block in Manhattan, New York.
Physical Graffiti was commercially and critically successful upon its release and debuted at number one on album charts in both the US and the UK. It was promoted by a successful US tour and a five-night residency at Earl's Court, London, and has since been viewed as one of the group's strongest albums and the artistic peak of their career. The album has been reissued on CD several times, including an expansive 40th anniversary edition in 2015. Physical Graffiti was later certified 16× platinum in the United States by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) in 2006, signifying shipments of over eight million copies.
Led Zeppelin were an English rock band formed in London in 1968. The group consisted of guitarist Jimmy Page, singer Robert Plant, bassist and keyboardist John Paul Jones, and drummer John Bonham. The band's heavy, guitar-driven sound has led them to be cited as one of the progenitors of heavy metal. Their style drew from a wide variety of influences, including blues, psychedelia, and folk music.
After changing their name from the New Yardbirds, Led Zeppelin signed a deal with Atlantic Records that afforded them considerable artistic freedom. Although the group were initially unpopular with critics, they achieved significant commercial success with eight studio albums released over eleven years, from Led Zeppelin(1969) to In Through the Out Door(1979). Their untitled fourth studio album, commonly known as Led Zeppelin IV(1971) and featuring the song "Stairway to Heaven", is among the most popular and influential works in rock music, and it helped to secure the group's popularity.
Oh, let the sun beat down upon my face
Stars to fill my dream
I am a traveler of both time and space
To be where I have been

To sit with elders of the gentle race
This world has seldom seen
They talk of days for which they sit and wait
When all will be revealed

Talk and song from tongues of lilting grace
Whose sounds caress my ear
But not a word I heard could I relate
The story was quite clear

Oh, oh, oh, oh

Oh, I been flying
Mama, there ain't no denying
Oh, yeah, I've been flying
Mama, ain't no denying, no denying

All I see turns to brown as the sun burns the ground
And my eyes fill with sand
As I scan this wasted land trying to find
Trying to find, trying to find where I've been

Oh, pilot of the storm who leaves no trace
Like thoughts inside a dream
Hid the path that led me to that place
Yellow desert stream

My Shangri-la beneath the summer moon
I will return again
Sure as the dust that floats high in June
When moving through Kashmir

Oh, father of the four winds, fill my sails
Across the sea of years
With no provision, but an open face
Along the straits of fear

Oh, oh, oh, oh

When I'm on
When I'm on my way, yeah
When I see
When I see the way, you stay, yeah

Oh, yeah, yeah, oh, yeah, yeah
When I'm down
Oh, yeah, yeah, oh, yeah, yeah
When I'm down
Oh, my baby, oh, my baby
Let me take you there.
