Barbara Joan "Barbra" Streisand (/ˈstraɪsænd/; born April 24, 1942) is an American singer, actress, and filmmaker. With a career spanning seven decades, she has achieved success in multiple fields of entertainment and is one of the few entertainers who have been awarded an Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, and Tony Award (EGOT).
Streisand began her career by performing in nightclubs and Broadway theaters in the early 1960s. Following her guest appearances on various television shows, she signed to Columbia Records and released her debut album, The Barbra Streisand Album (1963). It won two Grammy Awards, including Album of the Year. Throughout her recording career, Streisand has topped the US Billboard 200 chart with 11 albums—a record for a woman—including People (1964), The Way We Were (1974), Guilty (1980), and Higher Ground (1997). She has attained five number-one singles on the US Billboard Hot 100 chart: "The Way We Were", "Evergreen", "You Don't Bring Me Flowers", "No More Tears (Enough Is Enough)", and "Woman in Love".
After becoming an established recording artist in the 1960s, Streisand ventured into film by the end of that decade. She starred in the critically acclaimed Funny Girl (1968), for which she won the Academy Award for Best Actress. Her other films include Hello, Dolly! (1969), The Way We Were (1973), Nuts (1987), The Prince of Tides (1991) and A Star Is Born (1976), for which she won her second Academy Award, composing music for the love theme "Evergreen", the first woman to be honored as a composer. With the release of Yentl (1983), Streisand became the first woman to write, produce, direct, and star in a major studio film. The film won an Oscar for Best Score and a Golden Globe for Best Motion Picture Musical. Streisand also received the Golden Globe Award for Best Director, becoming the first and only woman to win that award.
With sales of over 150 million records worldwide, Streisand is one of the best-selling recording artists of all time. The Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) lists her as the highest-certified female album artist with 68.5 million album units in the United States. Billboard honored Streisand as the greatest Billboard 200 female artist of all time. Her accolades include two Academy Awards, ten Grammy Awards including the Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award and the Grammy Legend Award, five Emmy Awards, four Peabody Awards, the Presidential Medal of Freedom, and nine Golden Globes.
"Left in the Dark" is a song by Jim Steinman from his only solo album Bad for Good.
The song gained more notice as performed by Barbra Streisand when released as the lead single from her album Emotion in autumn 1984. It was also recorded by Meat Loaf on the album Welcome to the Neighbourhood in 1995.

Where did she touch you,
How did if feel,
Why did you let it begin
What did she whisper and
What did it mean, and
Where do you think it will end?
How long did it last
Do you think it will stop
Did you get to try anything...new
How good was she – honestly
Where did you go and
Who made the very first move, who made the very first move,
Who made the very first move..

You don't have to sneak in the doorway
Just come on into the room
I've been lying in our bed in the dark all alone
And I've been waiting, I've been waiting for you

There's been no reason to move
It's been as still as a tomb
I needed you oh so badly tonight
But I guess you had better things to do

I should have known that it was coming to this
But I must have been blind
I bet you still got a trace of her love in your eyes
And you've still got her eyes on your mind

You swore you'd be with me at 7 o'clock
Now it's a quarter to 3
And whatever you got and whoever it was
I guess you couldn't get it from me
Whatever you got and whoever it was
I guess you couldn't get it from me

I know that you love me
There's no need to talk
I see the look in your eyes and I got the proof
And there are no lies on your body
As I see you undress ooooh
I just want to get at the truth
I know that you love me
There's no need to talk
I see the look in your eyes and I got the proof
And there are no lies on your body
As I watch you undress
I just want to get at the truth

There are so many thing that I've just just gotta know
You tell me who! You tell me where! You tell me when!
But don't tell me now , I don't need any answers tonight
I just need some love so turn out the lights and
I'll be left in the dark again
I'll be left in the dark again
I'll be left in the dark again
Left in the dark again

I should have known that it was coming to this
But I must have been blind
I bet you still got a trace of her love in you eyes
And you still got her eyes on your mind

You swore you'd be with me at 7 o'clock
Now it's a quarter to 3
And whatever you got and whoever it was
I guess you couldn't get it from me
I guess you couldn't get it from me
But down in my soul, down in my soul
I know-
I know that you love me
There's no need to talk
I see the look in your eyes and I got the proof
And there are no lies on your body
As I watch you undress oooooh
I just want to get at the truth

And there are so many things
That I've just got to know
You tell me who! You tell me where!
You tell me when! But don't tell me now
I don't need any answers tonight...
I just need some love so turn out the lights and
I'll be left in the dark again

I just need some love
So turn out the lights and I'll be left in the dark again
I just need some love
So turn out the lights and I'll be left in the dark again
I just need some love
So turn out the lights and I'll be left in the dark again
I just need some love
So turn out the light and I'll be left in the dark again
I just need some love
So turn out the lights and I'll be left in the dark again...
Left in the dark again.

Inseparable
That's how we'll always be
Inseparable
Just you and me
It's so wonderful
To know you'll always be around me

Incredible
What you are to me
Incredible
You bring out the woman in me
With your style of love
Inseparable
Yes we are

We're like a flower to a tree
Like words to a melody of love
There's no way we could break up
No words that could make us blow our thing
We are just

Inseparable
That's how it is
Inseparable
For the rest of our years
It's so wonderful
To know you'll always be around.

Como vai você?
Assim como eu
Uma pessoa comum
Um filho de Deus
Nessa canoa furada
Remando contra a maré
Não acredito em nada
Até duvido da fé

E como vai você?
Assim como eu
Uma pessoa comum
Um filho de Deus
Nessa canoa furada
Remando contra a maré
Não acredito em nada
Não!
Até duvido da fé

Não quero luxo, nem lixo
Meu sonho é ser imortal
Meu amor!
Não quero luxo, nem lixo
Quero saúde pra gozar no final
Luxo! Lixo!
Meu sonho é ser imortal
Meu amor!
Não quero luxo, nem lixo
Quero saúde pra gozar no final

Não quero luxo, nem lixo
Meu sonho é ser imortal
Meu amor!
Não quero luxo, nem lixo
Quero saúde pra gozar no final
Luxo! Lixo!
Meu sonho é ser imortal
Meu amor!
Luxo, nem lixo
Quero saúde pra gozar no final
E como vai você?

The group originated in the spring of 2012, when eleven musicians gathered in Barcelona to celebrate International Romani Day. Some of them had already met at various jam sessions, including at El Arco de la Virgen, and at other musical venues in Barcelona.

Around 1,300 people attended the concert, which took place at Sala Apolo. BGKO's second disc, which germinated from this Balkan encounter, was released in September 2015.
