SHE’S CRAZY

J T COLDFIRE
SONGWRITER: RODNEY CROWELL
COUNTRY: U. S. A.
ALBUM: CRAZY SUN
LABEL: 30-06
GENRE: BLUES
YEAR: 2008

JT Coldfire has played professionally for over 15 of his 31 years from Texas to New York and across the pond in Europe. Throughout his career, JT has gained the reputation as one of the hardest working musicians in Austin, sometimes playing 3 shows in a single evening never repeating the same song twice for over 9 hours of live performance. His travels all over the Texas Gulf Coast, klahoma, Tennessee, New York and as far off as Sweden, have gained an audience that is as dedicated to his performances as he is to delivering them. His virtuosity as a singer/songwriter/guitarist/producer has garnered praise as one of the unsung heroes of the new crop of Austin blues artists.
Although his guitar playing has been compared to the likes of Stevie Ray Vaughan and Freddie King, his style is all his own as he draws from numerous influences for a cocktail of traditional yet progressive interpretations; one minute leaning toward Muddy Waters and the next toward BB King but always sounding like himself. Raw & Real. His authoritative stage presence is emphasized by his bellowing, guttural voice that will falsetto or growl to garner response.
His newest release "Crazy Sun" shows the range of his songwriting as no two songs sound alike but still have JT's fingerprints all over them. This new record drips of his abilities in several styles providing a powerful blend of American Roots Music that can only be described as Raw & Real.
Rodney Crowell (born August 7, 1950) is an American musician, known primarily for his work as a singer and songwriter in country music. Crowell has had five number one singles on Hot Country Songs, all from his 1988 album Diamonds & Dirt. He has also written songs and produced for other artists.
He was influenced by songwriters Guy Clark and Townes Van Zandt. Crowell played guitar and sang for three years in Emmylou Harris' "Hot Band".
He has won two Grammy Awards in his career, one in 1990 for Best Country Song for the song "After All This Time" and one in 2014 Best Americana Album for his album Old Yellow Moon.
Let me tell you a story
About a little girl I know
When she walks into a room
You know she steals the show
She's crazy
And it's more than I can stand
I'm just crazy 'bout that woman
And she's just crazy about this man

She wakes me every morning
With that tender loving touch
Some fools don't get enough
But she just loves me too much
She's crazy
And it's more than I can stand
I'm just crazy 'bout that woman
And she's just crazy about this man

She always wants me around
But I don't ain't got no time
But you know she's got these little ways
To make me wanna change my mind
She's crazy
And it's more than I can stand
I'm just crazy 'bout that woman
And she's just crazy about this man.

Adiós, Pampa mia
Me voy, me voy a tierras extrañas.
Adios, caminos que he recorrido, rios, montes y quebradas.
Tapera donde he nacido

Si no volvemos a vernos, tierra querida

Adiós, llanuras que he galopado, sendas, lomas y quebradas
Lugares donde he soñado

Yo he de volver a tu suelo cuando presienta
Que mi alma escapa como paloma, hasta el cielo
Adiós, Pampa querida
Adiós.

LONELY WORLD

LIMP BIZKIT
SONGWRITER: FRED DURST
COUNTRY: U. S. A.
ALBUM: RESULTS MAY VARY
LABEL: INTERSCOPE RECORDS
GENRE: RAP ROCK
YEAR: 2003

Limp Bizkit is an American rap rock band from Jacksonville, Florida. Their lineup consists of Fred Durst (lead vocals), Sam Rivers (bass, backing vocals), John Otto (drums, percussion), DJ Lethal (turntables), and Wes Borland (guitars, vocals). Their music is marked by Durst's angry vocal delivery and Borland's sonic experimentation. Borland's elaborate visual appearance, which includes face and body paint, masks and uniforms, also plays a large role in the band's live shows. The band has been nominated for three Grammy Awards, sold 40 million records worldwide, and won several other awards.
Formed in 1994, Limp Bizkit became popular playing in the Jacksonville underground music scene in the late 1990s, and signed with Flip Records, a subsidiary of Interscope, which released their debut album, Three Dollar Bill, Y'all (1997). The band achieved mainstream success with their second and third studio albums, Significant Other (1999) and Chocolate Starfish and the Hot Dog Flavored Water (2000), although this success was marred by a series of controversies surrounding their performances at Woodstock '99 and the 2001 Big Day Out festival.
Borland left the group in 2001, but Durst, Rivers, Otto and Lethal continued to record and tour with guitarist Mike Smith. Following the release of their album, Results May Vary (2003), Borland rejoined the band and recorded The Unquestionable Truth (Part 1) (2005) with Durst, Rivers, Lethal and drummer Sammy Siegler before entering a hiatus. In 2009, the band reunited with Borland playing guitar and began touring, culminating with the recording of the álbum Gold Cobra (2011), after which they left Interscope and later signed with Cash Money Records, but DJ Lethal quit the band soon after before returning in 2018. As of November 2018 the band is still recording their sixth studio album, Stampede of the Disco Elephants.
Results May Vary is the fourth studio album by American rap rock band Limp Bizkit, released on September 23, 2003, through Flip and Interscope Records. It was the band's only release under the sole-leadership of vocalista Fred Durst after the temporary departure of guitarist Wes Borland, who left in 2001. Snot guitarist Mike Smith was initially brought in to replace Borland, although the band's falling-out with Smith later led to his departure, with much of the material recorded with him being discarded from the final release. Durst and a number of guests ended up handling the majority of the album's guitar work.
The album differed from Limp Bizkit's established sound up until that point; although the album still featured elements of hip hop and nu metal, it also branched out into other musical styles, including alternative rock, acoustic, funk, and jazz. It also featured less rapping and more introspective lyrics related to heartbreak, bullying, and self-pity. An alleged affair with Britney Spears by Durst (denied by Spears) during collaborating sessions for her 2003 album In the Zone and resulting rejection by Spears was cited as an inspiration for some of the album's material as well. To promote the album, music videos featuring high-profile actors were created for "Eat You Alive" and a cover of The Who's "Behind Blue Eyes"; the former featuring Thora Birch and Bill Paxton and the latter featuring Halle Berry.
Upon its release, Results May Vary peaked at number 3 on the US Billboard 200, selling at least 325,000 copies in its first week of sales. While the album still eventually went platinum, both the debut and lifetime sales were still well below prior albums Significant Other (1999) and Chocolate Starfish and the Hot Dog Flavored Water (2000). Results May Vary sold at least 1.3 million copies in the United States and received mainly negative critical reception as well. Results May Vary was Limp Bizkit's last studio album released before they went on hiatus for three years, starting from 2006 to 2009.
When I reminisce ignorance was bliss,
Back in the days where the magic exist
Never be the same as it was, 'cuz the way it was
Just another day in the maze of a myth
Had a lot of fun living life on the run,
Never had a chance to pause to get a better glance
Everything was free and everything was fast
Never even thought it wouldn't last
When you got the mind of a man in the middle
Life is just a big fat riddle, so figure it out
Always thinking that you know
Every little thing there is to know
But you don't really know, ya know?
It's like love, some people get it
For some it's just a glove that just never fitted
For me it's just a pain in the ass
But i'm addicted to the taste of hopin' it could last

Another day another night inside a lonely world
Another game another fight inside a lonely world
Another wrong another right inside a lonely world
Such a lonely world, such a lonely world
Who's the man (the man in the middle) x4

Maybe I'm a target for people that are bitter
At least I can say that I've never been a quitter
I remember high school, man I hated high school
It was like prison with bullies always putting me down
Just a little skater boy they could pick on
I learned to forgive'em, now I got the balls they can lick on
I loved sneakin' out when my mom was asleep
With my gothic girlfriend makin' love in the creek
With the mind of a man in the middle
It could be the end of the world as we know it
Still I never want it all, and I never want it now
I just want a cruise, if i lose then I'll figure it out
How the times flies, even with the blink of an eye
When you're young you absorb like a sponge in disguise
Then you get a little older and gather your thoughts
It's amazing what you learn
When you've never been taught, ya know?

Another day another night inside a lonely world
Another game another fight inside a lonely world
Another wrong another right inside a lonely world
Such a lonely world, such a lonely world
Who's the man (the man in the middle) x4

No matter how hard I can try inside a lonely world
No one can hear me when I cry inside a lonely world
I'll never know the reasons why I'm inside a lonely world
Such a lonely world (such a lonely world)

Another day another night inside a lonely world
Another game another fight inside a lonely world
Another wrong another right inside a lonely world
Such a lonely world, such a lonely world
Who's the man (the man in the middle) x4
