           Mildred Bailey(born Mildred Rinker; February 27, 1907 – December 12, 1951) was a Native American jazz singer during the 1930s, known as "The Queen of Swing", "The Rockin' Chair Lady" and "Mrs. Swing". She recorded the songs "For Sentimental Reasons", "It's So Peaceful in the Country", "Doin' The Uptown Lowdown", "Trust in Me", "Where Are You?", "I Let a Song Go Out of My Heart", "Small Fry", "Please Be Kind", "Darn That Dream", "Rockin' Chair", "Blame It on My Last Affair", and "Says My Heart". She had three records that reached number one on the popular charts.
           She grew up on the Coeur d'Alene Reservation in Idaho, where her mother was an enrolled member. The family moved to Spokane, Washington when she was 13. Her younger brothers also became musicians. Her brother, Al Rinker, started to perform as a singer with Bing Crosby in Spokane and became a member of The Rhythm Boys. As adults, Charles Rinker was a lyricist, and Miles Rinker was a clarinet and saxophone player who later became a booking agenT.

         Colbie Marie Caillat(/ˈkoʊlbi kəˈleɪ/; born May 28, 1985) is an American singer-songwriter. Caillat rose to fame through social networking website Myspace. At that time, she was the number one unsigned artist of her genre. After signing with Universal Republic Records, she released her debut album, Coco, in July 2007. The album included the hit singles "Bubbly" and "Realize", and has sold 2,060,000 copies in the US, and is certified 2x Platinum. In 2008, she recorded a duet with Jason Mraz, "Lucky", which won a Grammy Award. In August 2009 she released Breakthrough, her second album, which became her first album to debut at number one on the Billboard 200. It has been certified gold by the RIAA. Breakthrough was nominated for Best Pop Vocal Album at the 2010 Grammy Awards.           The Malibu Sessions is the sixth studio album by American recording artist Colbie Caillat. It was released on October 7, 2016 under her own independent record label PlummyLou Records. "Goldmine" was released as the lead single on July 20, 2016

        Antônio Carlos Belchior, mais conhecido como Belchior(Sobral, 26 de outubro de 1946—Santa Cruz do Sul, 30 de abril de 2017), foi um cantor, compositor, músico, produtor, artista plástico e professor brasileiro. Um dos membros do chamado Pessoal do Ceará, que inclui Fagner, Ednardo, Amelinha e outros, Belchior foi um dos primeiros cantores de MPB do nordeste brasileiro a fazer sucesso internacional, em meados da década de 1970.
         Em certa época, Belchior fez uma brincadeira adicionando os sobrenomes dos pais ao seu, dizendo que seu nome completo seria: "Antonio Carlos Gomes Belchior Fontenelle Fernandes", para dizer que seria o "maior nome da MPB".
       Seu álbum Alucinação, de 1976, produzido por Marco Mazzola, é considerado por vários críticos musicais como um dos mais revolucionário da história da MPB e um dos mais importantes de todos os tempos para a música brasileira. Em 2012, Belchior apareceu na posição 58 da lista As 100 Maiores Vozes da Música Brasileira pela Rolling Stone Brasil.
          Belchior ganhou o primeiro lugar no IV Festival Universitário de 1971 com a música "Hora do Almoço", interpretada por Jorginho Telles e Jorge Neri. Entre os seus maiores sucessos estão "Apenas um Rapaz Latino-Americano", "Como Nossos Pais", "Mucuripe" e "Divina Comédia Humana". Outras composições de Belchior de grande sucesso foram "Paralelas" (gravada por Vanusa) e "Galos, Noites e Quintais" (regravada por Jair Rodrigues).
       Estudioso da palavra, Belchior incluiu muitos idiomas em suas canções: português, inglês, espanhol, italiano, francês e latim.

        Guilherme Arantes (São Paulo, 28 de julho de 1953) é um cantor e compositor brasileiro.
         É um dos poucos pianistas brasileiros a integrar o hall da fama da secular fabricante teuto-americana de pianos Steinway & Sons, estando em companhia de nomes como Guiomar Novaes, Franz Liszt, George Gershwin e Duke Ellington.
       Guilherme contribuiu decisivamente também para o surgimento do fenômeno new wave no Brasil, em 1981, assinando aquela que é considerada a primeira música do gênero no país: "Perdidos na Selva".
    É reconhecido como um grande hitmaker, emplacando sucessos na sua própria voz e nas de inúmeros outros artistas tais como Caetano Veloso, Maria Bethânia, Nando Reis, Elis Regina, Roberto Carlos, Belchior, Gal Costa e MPB4.
       Tem influenciado artistas das gerações mais recentes da música brasileira, tais como Mano Brown, Vanessa da Mata, Marcelo Jeneci, Tulipa Ruiz, Curumin, Céu e Bruna Caram.
         Na década de 1980, chegou a bater recorde de arrecadação de direitos autorais, superando nomes como Caetano Veloso, Chico Buarque e Gilberto Gil, além de ter colocado 12 músicas em primeiro lugar nas paradas do sucesso. Também nos anos 1980, recebeu elogios de Tom Jobim.
         Em 2008, foi eleito pela revista Rolling Stone Brasil um dos 100 maiores artistas da música brasileira. No ano seguinte, a mesma revista também considerou seu primeiro sucesso "Meu Mundo e Nada Mais" como uma das 100 maiores músicas brasileiras em todos os tempos. e inclui o cantor em 3 dos 100 maiores momentos da história da música do Brasil, classificando-o como "o mestre do pop brasileiro".
É um dos 20 artistas que mais tiveram canções incluídas como trilhas sonoras de novelas brasileiras, com 27 músicas.
         Em 2013, seu álbum Condição Humana recebeu o Prêmio Multishow de melhor álbum daquele ano e em 2019 eleito, por absoluta unanimidade, o álbum da década - de 2010 a 2020 - na votação pública do site da Red Bull Brasil.
