Billie Eilish Pirate Baird O'Connell(/ˈaɪlɪʃ/EYE-lish; born December 18, 2001) is an American singer and songwriter. She first gained public attention in 2015 with her debut single "Ocean Eyes", which was subsequently released by Darkroom, a subsidiary of Interscope Records. The song was written and produced by her brother, Finneas O'Connell, with whom she frequently collaborates on music and in live shows. Her debut extended play, Don't Smile at Me(2017), was commercially successful and charted within the top 15 in the US, UK, Canada, and Australia.
Eilish's first studio album, When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?(2019), debuted atop the US Billboard 200 and reached number one in the UK. It was one of the best-selling albums of 2019, buoyed by the success of its fifth single and Eilish's first number-one hit on the Billboard Hot 100, "Bad Guy". In 2020, she co-wrote and performed the theme song "No Time to Die" for the James Bond film of the same name, which topped the UK singles chart. Her next singles "Everything I Wanted", "My Future", "Therefore I Am", and "Your Power" each peaked within the top 10 in the US and UK; her sophomore album, Happier Than Ever(2021), reached number one in 25 countries.
Eilish has received several accolades, including seven Grammy Awards, two American Music Awards, one Guinness World Record, three MTV Video Music Awards, and two Brit Awards. She is the youngest artist in Grammy history and second overall to win all four general field categories—Best New Artist, Record of the Year, Song of the Year, and Album of the Year—in the same year. She was named in Time magazine's inaugural Time 100 Next list in 2019, and made it into the main Time 100 list in 2021. According to the RIAA and Billboard, Eilish is the 26th-highest-certified digital singles artist and one of the most successful artists of the 2010s.
"Male Fantasy" is a song recorded by American singer and songwriter Billie Eilish, as the sixteenth and final track from her second studio album Happier Than Ever (2021). An acoustic country-tinged folk break-up ballad written by Eilish and Finneas O'Connell, with the latter also producing the track, the song talks about pornography and relationships lyrically. Its music video, directed by Eilish, was released on December 6, 2021. It depicts the singer alone in a house with a light blue filter spread all over the clip. The song has been performed by the singer during her Vevo Live performances, on Saturday Night Live, and the concert film Happier Than Ever: A Love Letter to Los Angeles.

Home alone, tryin' not to eat
Distract myself with pornography
I hate the way she looks at me
I can't stand the dialog
ue, she would never be
That satisfied, it's a male fantasy
I'm going back to therapy

'Cause I loved you then and I love you now
And I don't know how
Guess it's hard to know when nobody else comes around
If I'm getting over you
Or just pretending to
Be alright, convince myself I hate you

I got a call from a girl I used to know
We were inseparable years ago
Thought we'd get along but it wasn't so
And it's all I think about when I'm behind the wheel
I worry this is how I'm always gonna feel
But nothing lasts, I know the deal

But I loved you then and I love you now
And I don't know how
Guess it's hard to know when nobody else comes around
If I'm getting over you
Or just pretending to
Be alright, convince myself I hate you

Can't get over you
No matter what I do
I know I should but I could never hate you.

BE MY FRIEND

VALERIA STOICA
SONGWRITER: VALERIA STOICA
COUNTRY: MOLDAVIA
ALBUM: I DON’T LIKE ROSES
LABEL: MOLDOVA
GENRE: POP
YEAR: 2020

Talented singer-songwriter Valeria Stoica sums up the first chapter of her career.
“I was waiting for this moment for so long,” wrote Valeria Stoica when she shared her debut album, truly long-awaited by thousands of fans she has won over the years.
This singer-songwriter from the Republic of Moldova started to gain attention earlier this decade – like many other young artists of her generation with covers of her favourite musicians, including Jessie Ware or Daughter.
Soon enough, however, she started writing her own songs with an immediate success. Over the years, she’s kept realising singles and now when she finally published her proper full-length debut, “I Don’t Like Roses”, she is already an experienced songwriter and performer.
We should consider “I Don’t Like Roses” a summary of that first long chapter of her career, with some songs (“Remember”) as old as 2014. The record is as consistent though is if this material was recorded during one studio session.
What we love about it is that while English is Valeria Stoica’s number one choice, she did keep a couple of songs in Moldovan – “Distante” and “Poate” – and if you ask us, we’d admit they happen to be our favourite.
But whatever language Valeria prefers in future, we’ll keep our ears wide open for her beguiling voice. “This chapter is done, and it was a beautiful one,” she wrote in another post, “see you in the next one.”
[Intro]
One, two, three, four

[Verse 1]
Why so sure?
Life can grow all mad
With fears under your bed
Why don’tyousee?
The beauty inthe thinga
That are cold before thespring

[Pre-Chorus]
Oooh, Oooh
You were lying secrets to yourself
Pretending that the stars
Are alive
In another life

[Chorus]
She said:
I am so naïve
Heart runs away, then back again
I am still naïve
Up in the clouds, never coming down

[Post Chorus]
I will build a house
Where everyone can find us
I will build a house
You will be my guest
Be my friend

[Verse 2]
Why so scared?
The life under your bed
Is a sky full of birds
Now you dance
With flowers in the field
Seeding joy among the green

[Pre-Chorus]
Oooh, Oooh
The stars are telling truth behind the veil
And they are alive
In this life

[Chorus]
She said:
I am so naïve
Heart runs away, then back again
I am still naïve
Up in the clouds, never coming down

[Post-Chorus]
I will build a house
Where everyone can find us
I will build a house
You will be my guest
I will build a house
You will be my guest
Be my friend.

Tell me where you wanna go
Somewhere I can't find you
Cold world
Sitting in the back seat
Trying to forget you

Searching through the dust of our memories
I will be for you

Wanna change, wanna cry, wanna say that
That you care but instead please
Take me to the moon, Take me to the moon

Wish I could go back in time and catch the falling stars
Take me to the moon, Take me to the moon
And leave me there

It's always hard to keep the heart warm in front of them all
Don't hurry up I'm still here dreaming safe laid on the floor
Cold world
Sitting in the back seat
Trying to forget you

Tell meWhere you wanna go
Somewhere I can't find you

Searching through the dust of our memories
I will be for you

Wanna change, wanna cry, wanna say that you care but instead please...
Take me to the moon, Take me to the moon

Wish I could go back in time and catch the falling stars
Take me to the moon, Take me to the moon
And leave me there

Take me to the moon, Take me to the moon
Wish I could go back in time and catch the falling stars
Take me to the moon, Take me to the moon
And leave me there.

Sister Hazel is an American alternative rock band from Gainesville, Florida, whose style blends elements of jangle pop, folk rock, classic rock and southern rock.
Sister Hazel formed in Gainesville, Florida, in 1993 and was named for Sister Hazel Williams, a local missionary who ran a homeless shelter. The group released its self-titled debut album in 1994, through its independent record label Croakin' Poets. Shortly after its release, singer/guitarist Ryan Newell and drummer Mark Trojanowski joined the band. Newell played on the album before officially joining the group.
The band's second album, ...Somewhere More Familiar was released in 1997 and sold approximately 30,000 copies through its initial pressing, prompting Universal Records to sign the band. Universal re-released ...Somewhere More Familiar in late 1997. A single from the album, "All For You" hit Nº 11 on the Billboard Hot 100 and remains the band's most successful single.
The band's third álbum Fortress was released in 2000 by Universal. The band worked with producers Mike Clink(Guns N' Roses, Mötley Crüe, Heart), Richie Zito (Cheap Trick), and Paul Ebersold (3 Doors Down). The album featured minor pop hits "Champagne High" and "Change Your Mind."
In 2003, after the band split from Universal, they released their fourth studio album, Chasing Daylight, on the Sixthman label and toured throughout the year to promote the album. The band's internet presence emerged during this time period, and hardcore fans dubbing themselves "Hazelnuts" studied setlists, shared bootleg concert recordings, and initiated a promotion scheme with the band through their official website. 2003 also saw the simultaneous release of Live*LIVE, a two-disc live album, and A Life in the Day, a live DVD.
In 2004, Sister Hazel released their next studio álbum Lift. Songs from Lift were re-recorded for 2005's Lift: Acoustic Renditions, an EP of studio acoustic takes on five of the songs, offered exclusively through Apple's iTunes Store. In July 2005, the Sister Hazel album was re-issued again by Sixthman, in response to claims that the album had become difficult to find in stores.
I've been a heavy handful to hold
Like rain slipping through your fingers
You've been tall to handle it all
Most people have already walked away
Our storms have taken a toll on you
Can you still weather me
I want so much to fill you up
But your cup is full of me
I've left a bitter taste on you
But you say its bitter sweetly
Breathe in
Be safe with me for a while
Lay here and take some time
I see you're tired and wasted so

Hold on to every little piece of my love
Just hold on to every little piece of my love
Hold on

Somebody's gonna make a promise to you
And somebody's gonna let you down
Nobody's gonna love you like I do
Nobody's gonna love so sweetly
Don't go just stay with me for a while
Lets try to make some sense of it all
I see you're tired and wasted so

So hold on to me
(Take me and break me)
When you're feeling dead inside
(Then build me up and hold on)
And close all the lines
To the times that we were living it all wrong
(To every little piece of my love)

Just hold on to every little piece of my love (x4)
Every little piece of my love
Every little piece of my love.
