"Nordrach", da banda alemã Jud's Gallery. Gary negou conhecer a
música, alegando que esta era indisponível em gravações ou CD na época em que ele
gravou o álbum. A corte reconheceu que não havia evidência de que o solo de
guitarra havia sido copiado de "Nordrach", mas uma violação de
copyright independe da qualificação do furto.
