What'll you do when
you get lonely
And nobody's waiting by your side?
You've been running and hiding much too long
You know it's just your foolish pride
Layla, you've got me
on my knees
Layla, I'm begging, darling please
Layla, darling won't you ease my worried mind
I tried to give you
consolation
When your old man had let you down
Like a fool, I fell in love with you
You turned my whole world upside down
Layla, you've got me
on my knees
Layla, I'm begging, darling please
Layla, darling won't you ease my worried mind
Make the best of the
situation
Before I finally go insane
Please don't say we'll never find a way
And tell me all my love's in vain
Layla, you've got me
on my knees
Layla, I'm begging, darling please
Layla, darling won't you ease my worried mind
Layla, you've got me on my knees
Layla, I'm begging, darling please
Layla, darling won't you ease my worried mind.

Philip David Charles Collins LVO(born 30 January 1951) is

known as the drummer/singer of the rock band Genesisand for his
solo career. Between
1982 and 1990, Collins achieved three UK and seven US number-one singles in his
solo career. When his work with Genesis, his work with other
artists, as well as his solo career is totalled, he had more US top 40 singles
than any other artist during the 1980s. His most successful singles from the
period include "In the Air Tonight",

in Paradise".
Born
and brought up in West London, Collins played drums from the age of five and
completed drama school training, which secured him various roles as a child
actor. He then pursued a music career, joining Genesis in
1970 as their drummer and becoming lead singer in 1975 following the departure
of Peter Gabriel. Collins
began a successful solo career in the 1980s, initially inspired by his marital
breakdown and love of soul music,
releasing the albums Face Value(1981),
Hello, I Must
Be Going(1982), No Jacket Required(1985)
and ...But Seriously(1989). Collins became, in the words of AllMusic,
"one of the most successful pop and adult
contemporarysingers of the '80s and
beyond". He also became known for a distinctive gated reverbdrum
sound on many of his recordings. In 1985, he was the only artist to perform at
both Live Aidconcerts.
He also resumed his acting career, appearing in Miami Viceand
subsequently starring in the film Buster(1988).
In 1996, Collins left Genesis to focus on solo work; this included writing
songs for Disney’s Tarzan(1999)
for which he received an Oscar for Best
Original Songfor “You'll Be in
My Heart”. He rejoined Genesis for their Turn It On
Again Tourin 2007. Following a five-year
retirement to focus on his family life, Collins released an autobiography in
2016 and completed his Not Dead Yet Tourin 2019. He then joined up with Genesis for a second
reunion tourto commence in late 2021.
Collins's
discographyincludes eight studio albums that
have sold 33.5 million certified units in the US and an estimated
150 million records sold worldwide, making him one of the world's
best-selling artists. He is one of only three
recording artists, along with Paul McCartneyand Michael Jackson, who
have sold over 100 million records both as solo artists and separately as
principal members of a band. He has won eight Grammy Awards, six Brit Awards(winning
Best British Male Artistthree times), two Golden Globe Awards,
one Academy Award, and a Disney LegendAward. He was awarded six Ivor Novello Awardsfrom the British Academy of Songwriters, Composers and Authors,

publications with induction into the Modern DrummerHall of Fame in 2012, and the Classic Drummer Hall of Fame in 2013.
Phil Collinsrecorded
a new version of "A Groovy Kind of Love" in 1988. He had originally
suggested the song as a good one for collaborator Stephen
Bishopto record, with Collins producing.
While filming the movie Buster(1988),
Collins suggested the song as a potential love theme for the title character
and his wife. He
recorded a demo as a guide for the producers, only to find out later his demo
had actually been used in the film. Collins had initially expressed
reservations about being featured on the soundtrack during the movie, but
relented due to feeling it worked well for the scene. He
subsequently recorded a full version of the song, co-produced by Anne Dudley. This
version was originally released on Buster: The Original Motion Picture Soundtrack.
It subsequently appeared on the compilation albums Hits,
Love Songs: A Compilation... Old and New,
and The Singles.
A live performance appeared on his Serious
Hits... Live!album.
When I'm feeling blue
All I have to do
Is take a look at you
Then I'm not so blue
When you're close to
me
I can feel your heartbeat
I can hear you breathing in my ear
Wouldn't you agree?
Baby, you and me
Got a groovy kind of love
Any time you want to
You can turn me into
Anything you want to
Any time at all
When I kiss your lips
Ooh, I start to shiver
Can't control the quivering inside
Wouldn't you agree?
Baby, you and me
Got a groovy kind of love
When I'm feeling blue
All I have to do
Is take a look at you
Then I'm not so blue
When I'm in your arms
Nothing seems to matter
My whole world could shatter
I don't care
Wouldn't you agree?
Baby, you and me
Got a groovy kind of love
We got a groovy kind of love
We got a groovy kind
of love
(Oho, woah)
We got a groovy kind of love.

Aquí estoy a tu lado
Y espero aquí sentado hasta el final
No te has imaginado
Lo que por ti he esperado, pues eres
Lo que yo amo en este mundo, eso eres
Cada minuto en lo que pienso, eso eres
Lo que más cuido en este mundo eso eres.

The Killers are
an American rockband formed in Las Vegasin 2001 by Brandon Flowers(lead vocals, keyboards, bass) and Dave Keuning(lead guitar, backing vocals). The band went
through a number of early lineup changes, but by 2002 they had settled on a
lineup of Flowers, Keuning, Mark Stoermer(bass, rhythm guitar, backing vocals) and Ronnie
Vannucci Jr.(drums,
percussion). The band's name is derived from a logo on the bass drum of a
fictitious band portrayed in the music video for the New Ordersong "Crystal".
The band has
released six consecutive chart-topping studio albums: Hot Fuss(2004), Sam's Town(2006), Day & Age(2008), Battle
Born(2012), Wonderful Wonderful(2017), and Imploding
the Mirage(2020).
They have also released a B-sides and rarities compilation, Sawdust(2007); a live album, Live from the Royal Albert Hall(2009); a greatest-hits
album, Direct Hits(2013);
and a Christmas compilation, Don't
Waste Your Wishes(2016).
Since 2016 and 2017 respectively, both
Stoermer and Keuning have had extended periods of hiatus from the band, though
both remain official members. Stoermer mostly retired from touring, citing both
exhaustion from the road and lingering effects from a pyrotechnics accident,
while Keuning has released a solo album. Despite his hiatus from touring, Stoermer has
participated in recording sessions for Wonderful Wonderful and Imploding the
Mirage, and it was announced that both Stoermer and Keuning were participating
in recording Pressure Machine, set to be released on August 13, 2021. Ted Sablay, who had served as a touring keyboardist and
rhythm guitarist for the band since 2006, assumed lead guitar duties for live
shows in Keuning's absence, while bassist Jake Stanton has taken Stoermer's
place in live shows. With Sablay moving to lead guitar, the band
hired Taylor Milne and Robbie Connolly to play rhythm guitar and keyboards
live.
The Killers
are considered one of the biggest rock bands of the 21st century, and the most
successful act to ever emerge from Nevada, selling more than 28 million records worldwide,
including 10.8 million in the US alone. They have performed in over 50

Square Garden,
Wembley

wrote. Two music videos were made for the song: the first one was shot in black
and white and features the band performing in an empty room. The second one,
based on the 2001 film Moulin Rouge!, was filmed for the song's re-release.
The song was first released on September 29,
2003. It became more popular upon its re-release in 2004, peaking at number 10
