Seals and Crofts were an American soft rock duo made up of James Eugene "Jim" Seals(born October 17, 1941) and Darrell George "Dash" Crofts(born August 14, 1940). They are best known for their hits "Summer Breeze" (1972), "Diamond Girl" (1973), and "Get Closer" (1976), each of which peaked at Nº 6 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Both members have long been public advocates of the Baháʼí Faith. Though the duo disbanded in 1980, they reunited briefly in 1991–1992, and again in 2004, when they released their final album, Traces.
Summer Breeze is the fourth album by the American soft rock band Seals and Crofts, released in 1972 through Warner Bros. Records. It was a major commercial breakthrough for the group, and peaked at #7 on the Billboard album chart. The title cut was released as a single on August 31, 1972, peaking at #4 on the Adult Contemporary chart, and #6 Pop. "Hummingbird" was the second single, climbing to #12 AC, #20 Pop, and #40 on the Canadian RPM Magazine charts. Summer Breeze finished second on Billboard's Top Pop Albums of 1973 list.
See the curtains hangin' in the window
In the evening on a Friday night
A little light-a-shinin' through the window
Lets me know everything's all right

Summer breeze makes me feel fine
Blowin' through the jasmine in my mind
Summer breeze makes me feel fine
Blowin' though the jasmine in my mind

See the paper layin' on the sidewalk
A little music from the house next door
So I walk on up to the doorstep
Through the screen and across the floor

Summer breeze makes me feel fine
Blowin' through the jasmine in my mind
Summer breeze makes me feel fine
Blowin' through the jasmine in my mind

Sweet days of summer
The jasmine's in bloom
July is dressed up and playing her tune
And I come home from a hard day's work
And you're waitin' there, not a care in the world

See the smile awaitin' in the kitchen
Food's cookin' and the plates for two
Feel the arms that reach out to hold me
In the evening when the day is through

Summer breeze makes me feel fine
Blowing through the jasmine in my mind
Summer breeze makes me feel fine
Blowing through the jasmine in my mind.

SONGWRITERS: LEON HUFF & KENNETH GAMBLE
COUNTRY: U. S. A.
ALBUM: WHEN YOU HEAR LOU, YOU’VE HEARD IT ALL
LABEL: PHILADELPHIA INTERNATIONAL
GENRE: SOUL
YEAR: 1977

Louis Allen Rawls(December 1, 1933 – January 6, 2006) was an American record producer, singer, composer and actor. Rawls released more than 60 albums, sold more than 40 million records, and had numerous charting singles, most notably his song "You'll Never Find Another Love like Mine". He worked as a film, television, and voice actor. He was also a three-time Grammy-winner, all for Best Male R&B Vocal Performance.
When You Hear Lou, You've Heard It All is a 1977 album by American R&B singer Lou Rawls, released on the Philadelphia International Records label. On this album, only four tracks were produced by Gamble & Huff with the remainder shared among other producers. The album's lead single "Lady Love", while only a moderate R&B hit, proved successful in the crossover market, becoming Rawls' last single to enter the top 30 on the Billboard Hot 100. When You Hear Lou, You've Heard It All was well-reviewed and sold respectably, peaking at #13 on the R&B albums chart and #41 pop.
The title of the album is a play on the-then current Budweiser advertising slogan "When you say Budweiser, you've said it all". The Budweiser company had been sponsors of Rawls' live shows in 1976 and 1977, and he could be heard at the time singing on television commercials for the company. (Rawls' 1978 live álbum Lou Rawls Live includes a short performance of the original "When you say..." jingle.)

Our Hearts Resurrected
One Truth This Is What We Live And Die For
We Fight With Conviction
No Time For Excuses

To Take A Stand

Try To Make A Stand
Try To Make A Stand

Make The Most Of Every Day You Live
Choose The Day It Just Might Be Your Last
No Regrets We Have No Time To Wait
Take Control We've Got One Life To Live

We've Got One Life To Live
We've Got To Make A Change
We've Got To Make A Change
We've Got To Make A Change
We've Got To Make A Change

If I fall, can you pull me up?
Is it true, your watching out
And when I'm tired, do you lay down with me?
In my head so I can sleep without you?

Hey, hey
Without you there's holes in my soul
Hey, hey
Let the water in

Where ever you've gone?
How, how, how?
I just need to know
That you won't forget about me

Where ever you've gone?
How, how, how?
I just need to know
That you won't forget about me

Lost through time and that's all I need
So much love, then one day buried
Hope you're safe, 'cause I lay you leaves
Is there more than we can see?
Answers for me

And hey, hey
Without you there's holes in my soles
And hey, hey
Let the water in

Where ever you've gone?
How, how, how?
I just need to know
That you won't forget about me

Where ever you've gone?
How, how, how?
I just need to know
That you won't forget about me

And I get lonely without you
And I can't move on
And I get lonely without you
I can't move on
Move on

Where ever you've gone?
How, how, how?
I just need to know
That you won't forget about me.

I've been sleepless at night, 'cause I don't know how I feel
I've been waiting on you, just to say something real
There's a light on the road and I think you know
Morning has come and I have to go

I don't know why, I don't know why
We need to break so hard
I don't know why we break so hard

But if we're strong enough to let it in
We're strong enough to let it go oh oh
Let it all go, let it all go, let it all out now

If I look back to the start, now I know
I see everything true
There's still a fire in my heart, my darling
But I'm not burning for you
We've started it wrong and I think you know
We waited too long, now I have to go

I don't know why, I don't know why
We need to break so hard
I don't know why we break so hard

But if we're strong enough to let it in
We're strong enough to let it go oh oh
Let it all go, let it all go, let it all out now

Who says, who says
Who says, who says

Who says truth is beauty after all?
And who says love should break us when we fall?

But if we're strong enough to let it in
We're strong enough to let it go oh oh
Let it all go, let it all go, let it all out now
Let it all go, let it all go, let it all out now
We're strong enough to let it go oh oh!
