Alexander James Harvey (5 February 1935–4
February 1982) was a Scottish rock and blues musician. Although his career
spanned almost three decades, he is best remembered as the frontman of The Sensational Alex Harvey Band, with
whom he built a reputation as an exciting live performer during the era of glam rockin the 1970s.
The Sensational Alex Harvey Band were a rock
band formed in Glasgowin 1972. Fronted by Alex
Harveyaccompanied by Zal Cleminsonon guitar, bassistChris Glen,
keyboardplayer Hugh McKenna and drummerTed McKenna,
their music veered from glam rock to experimental jazz, around a core of
experimental and avant-garde rock, dealing with themes from environmentalismto Chinese take awayfood. They achieved a critically acclaimed status in the UK, were
very popular in continental Europe, and were also highly influential in Australia,
most notably on the young Nick Caveand his first band The Boys Next Door.

Jacques Romain Georges Brel (français : [ʒɑk ʁɔmɛ̃ ʒɔʁʒ bʁɛl], listen(help·info); 8
avril 1929-9 octobre 1978) était un chanteur, auteur-compositeur, acteur et
réalisateur belgequi a composé et interprété des chansons
littéraires, réfléchies et théâtrales qui a généré un grand nombre d'adeptes
dévoués, d'abord en Belgiqueet en France, puis dans le monde entier. Il est considéré
comme un maître de la chansonmoderne. Bien qu'il ait enregistré la
plupart de ses chansons en français et parfois en néerlandais, il est devenu
une influence sur les auteurs-compositeurs et interprètes anglophones, tels que
Scott Walker, David Bowie, Alex Harvey, Marc Almondet Rod McKuen. Des
traductions en anglais de ses chansons ont été enregistrées par de nombreux
interprètes, dont Bowie, Walker, Ray Charles, Judy Collins, John Denver, The Kingston Trio, Nina Simone, Shirley Bassey, James Dean Bradfield, Frank Sinatraet Andy Williams.
Brel était un acteur à succès, apparaissant dans
10 films. Il a réalisé deux films, dont l'un, Le Far West, a
été nominé pour la Palme d'Orau Festival de
Cannesen 1973. Après avoir vendu plus de 25
millions de disques dans le monde, Brel est le troisième artiste belge le plus vendu.de tous les
temps. Brel a épousé Thérèse "Miche" Michielsen en 1950, et le couple
a eu trois enfants. Il a également eu une relation amoureuse avec l'actrice et
danseuse Maddly Bamy de 1972 jusqu'à sa mort en 1978.
Les Marquises(Anglais:Marquises) estJacques Brelquatorzième s» et dernier album. Également connu sous le nom de Brel,
l'album est sorti le 17 novembre 1977 chezBarclay(96 010). C'était
le premier album de nouvelles chansons du chanteur en dix ans et il est sorti
un an avant sa mort d'un cancer du poumon. Les thèmes de l'album incluent la
mort ("Jaurès", "Vieillir", "Jojo"), la
séparation ("Orly") et dans plusieurs chansons Brel évoque sa
carrière dans les années 1960 ("Les F..", "Jojo",
"Knokke -le-Zoute Tango", "Vieillir"). L'album a été
enregistré en direct au Studio B des Studios Barclay sur l'avenue Hoche, à
Paris. Avec sa santé défaillante, Brel n'a pu enregistrer au plus que deux
chansons par jour.
L'album a été traité dans le plus grand secret
avant sa sortie et a été livré aux critiques dans une boîte en métal renforcée
avec un cadenas électronique chronométré pour les empêcher de l'écouter avant
sa date de sortie. Aucune diffusion de l'album n'a été autorisée et aucun
single n'a été publié avant sa sortie, et il n'y a eu aucune interview ou
promotion donnée par Brel concernant l'album. Malgré cela, l'album a atteint le
numéro un en France et a valu à Brel un disque d'or pour 100.000 albums vendus
en 1978 et est devenu platine en 1981. On estime que l'album s'est vendu à 1
127.100 exemplaires.
L'album est réédité le 23 septembre 2003 sous le
titre Les Marquises dans le coffret de 16 CD Boîte à Bonbonsde Barclay(980 817-7).

The Judds were an American country musicduo composed of Naomi Juddand her daughter, Wynonna Judd. The duo
signed to RCA Nashvillein 1983 and released six studio albums between then and 1991. The
Judds were one of the most successful acts in country music history, winning
five Grammy Awardsfor Best Country Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocal, and eight
Country Music
Associationawards. They also had 25 singles on the
country music charts between 1983 and 2000, of which 14 went to Nº. 1. After
eight successful years as a duet, the Judds ceased performing in 1991 after
Naomi was diagnosed with Hepatitis C. Soon after, Wynonna embarked on a
highly successful solo career. The two have occasionally reunited for special
tours, the most recent of which was in 2017.

is a greatest hits collection by American country musicduo The Judds. The
album was released on April 5, 2011, via Curb Records,
and includes twelve of The Judds' singles and two newly recorded songs. The

atriz, empresária
e multi-instrumentistabrasileira.
Cantora desde a infância, Fernandes começou a cantar profissionalmente aos oito
anos de idade. Ela lançou seu álbum de estreia autointitulado de forma
independente em 1993 e passou a participar de programas regionais de rádio e
televisão em Minas Gerais, porém não obteve sucesso. A cantora então seguiu
lançando álbuns - entre eles Voarei(1995), sob o nome artístico Ana Rayo, Canções do Vento Sul(2005) e Dust in the Wind(2007)-até assinar com a
gravadora Universal
Music e lançou seu quinto álbum de estúdio, Pássaro de Fogo(2009), certificado com
disco de platina tripla pela ABPD. A faixa-título do álbum atingiu a primeira
posição das paradas musicais do Brasil, levando Paula ao estrelato.
Com
seu primeiro álbum ao vivo, Paula Fernandes: Ao Vivo(2011), a cantora
conseguiu maior reconhecimento, sendo indicada ao Grammy Latino
de Artista Revelação e Melhor Álbum de Música Sertaneja. O álbum gerou três
singles: "Pra Você", "Não Precisa"
e "Sensações". Com pouco
mais de seis meses de lançado, chegou a atingir a marca de um milhão de cópias
vendidas no Brasil, além de ter atingido o topo da parada de álbuns e DVDs da
ABPD. O projeto ultrapassou a marca de 1,6 milhão de cópias vendidas no País, fazendo

Portugal,
