To Whom It May Concern é o décimo álbum de estúdio dos Bee Gees, lançado em 1972. O álbum foi um divisor de águas na carreira da banda, no sentido negativo da expressão; Run to Me foi a única música que os Bee Gees conseguiram emplacar e, mesmo assim, só na Europa e na América Latina. Depois dela, só 3 anos depois, com Jive Talkin', em 1975. Enquanto isso, só fracassos e alguns poucos sucessos restritos a alguns países.

Esse álbum possui canções bonitas e bem estruturadas. O fato de não ter feito sucesso não o desmerece, entretanto, o ritmo e os tempos estavam mudando, e o erro dos Bee Gees foi justamente não ter acompanhado essa onda, mantendo seu velho estilo nesse disco, fato que foi prejudicial para a carreira.
