Foi composta por Del Rey e Justin Parker, sendo produzida por Rick Rubin. A capa para o single retrata Del Rey em um balanço de pneu. Trata-se de uma balada, composta no pop, indie pop e pop rock, que tematicamente envolve problemas dos pais, consumo de álcool e solidão.
