Operation: Mindcrime é o terceiro álbum de estúdio da banda de metal progressivo Queensrÿche, lançado em 3 de Maio de 1988. O álbum foi relançado em 6 de Maio de 2003 com duas faixas extras, e em 2006 no formato deluxe.

É um álbum do tipo conceitual e rock opera; seu enredo gira em torno de um adicto em drogas que se torna desiludido com a corrupta sociedade de seu tempo, e relutantemente, acaba se envolvendo com um grupo revolucionário como um assassino de líderes políticos. Em Janeiro de 1989, o álbum entrou no ranking da revista Kerrang! na posição nº 34 como "Os 100 melhores álbuns de heavy metal de todos os tempos".

Uma continuação, Operation: Mindcrime II, foi lançada em 4 de Abril de 2006.
