Foreign affair.
Take a trip in the air
To a tropical beach,
An island to reach.
A new territory
For an intimate story,
A lagoon by la mere.
It's a foreign affair.

Drifting and free
On a mystical sea.
A wishful emotion,
A drop in the ocean.
A hush in the air
You can feel anywhere
In the cool twilight
On a tropical night.

Floating on air,
Foreign affair.
A magical potion,
A cool locomotion.
A dream,
A prayer.
(It's a foreign affair!)

A ti que me has pedido, tanta, tanta fantasía
en un atardecer violento de melancolía;

mi pensamiento se me va;

y yo te busco a ti, te busco a ti;

(Turn around)
Every now and then
I get a little bit lonely
And you're never coming 'round

(Turn around)
Every now and then
I get a little bit tired
Of listening to the sound of my tears

(Turn around)
Every now and then
I get a little bit nervous
That the best of all the years have gone by

(Turn around)
Every now and then I get a little bit terrified
And then I see the look in your eyes
(Turn around, bright eyes)
Every now and then I fall apart
(Turn around, bright eyes)
Every now and then
I fall apart
(Turn around)
Every now and then
I get a little bit restless
And I dream of something wild

(Turn around)
Every now and then
I get a little bit helpless
And I'm lying like a child in your arms

(Turn around)
Every now and then
I get a little bit angry
And I know I've got to get out and cry

(Turn around)
Every now and then
I get a little bit terrified
But then I see the look in your eyes
(Turn around, bright eyes)
Every now and then
I fall apart
(Turn around, bright eyes)
Every now and then
I fall apart
And I need you now tonight
And I need you more than ever
And if you only hold me tight
We'll be holding on forever
And we'll only be making it right
'Cause we'll never be wrong
Together we can take it to the end of the line
Your love is like a shadow on me all of the time
(All of the time)
I don't know what to do and I'm always in the dark
We're living in a powder keg and giving off sparks
I really need you tonight
Forever's gonna start tonight
(Forever's gonna start tonight)

Once upon a time
I was falling in love
But now I'm only falling apart
There's nothing I can do
A total eclipse of the heart

Once upon a time there was light in my life
But now there's only love in the dark
Nothing I can say
A total eclipse of the heart

(Turn around, bright eyes)
Every now and then I fall apart
(Turn around, bright eyes)
Every now and then I fall apart

And I need you now tonight
And I need you more than ever
And if you only hold me tight
We'll be holding on forever
And we'll only be making it right
'Cause we'll never be wrong
Together we can take it to the end of the line
Your love is like a shadow on me all of the time
(All of the time)

Tu estás livre e eu estou livre
E há uma noite p'ra passar
Por que não vamos unidos
Por que não vamos ficar
Na aventura dos sentidos?

Tu estás só e eu mais só estou
Tu que tens o meu olhar
Tens a minha mão aberta
À espera de se fechar
Nessa tua mão deserta!

Vem que amor não é o tempo
Nem é o tempo que o faz
Vem que amor é o momento
Em que eu me dou, em que te dás
Vem que amor não é o tempo
Nem é o tempo que o faz
Vem que amor é o momento
Em que eu me dou, em que te dás

Tu que buscas companhia
E eu que busco quem quiser
Ser o fim desta energia
Ser o corpo de prazer
Ser o fim de mais um dia

Tu continuas à espera
Do melhor que já não vem
E a esperança foi encontrada
Antes de ti por alguém
E eu sou melhor que nada!

Vem que amor não é o tempo
Nem é o tempo que o faz
Vem que amor é o momento
Em que eu me dou, em que te dás
Vem que amor não é o tempo
Nem é o tempo que o faz
Vem que amor é o momento
Em que eu me dou, em que te dás

Vem que amor não é o tempo
Nem é o tempo que o faz
Vem que amor é o momento
Em que eu me dou, em que te dás
Vem que amor não e o tempo
Nem é o tempo que o faz
Vem que amor é o momento
Em que eu me dou, em que te dás
Em que te dás.

One last slow blues
To close the show
I watched you dance with her
And, you know, it hurt me so

Why would you bring
A new love around, around so soon
Why would you have to rub
Salt in my wounds

I ain't bitter or want to judge
She won fair and square
And I hold no grudge

Why would you bring a new love around so soon
Why would you wanna rub
Salt in my wounds

Couldn't you wait till these healing hands of time
Squeeze the pain, the pain from my heart
Couldn't you wait till my bruised and bitter pride
Till it ain't, till it ain't torn apart

Take your price now, and just walk away
We can both live to love another day
Why would you bring a new love around so soon
Why would you wanna rub
Salt in my wounds
Why would you wanna rub
Salt in my wounds

Make me feel low down
Make me feel so bad
Why would you have to bring a new love
Around so soon
Why would you have to hurt me
Oh, made me feel so bad
Rubbing salt in my wounds

Yea yea yea yea.

Into the distance, a ribbon of Black
Stretched to the point of no turning back
A flight of fancy on a windswept field
Standing alone my senses reeled
A fatal attraction is holding me fast,
How can I escape this irresistible grasp?

Can't keep my eyes from the circling sky
Tongue-tied and twisted, just an earth-bound misfit, I

Ice is forming on the tips of my wings
Unheeded warnings, I thought, I thought of everything
No navigator to find my way home
Unladen, empty and turned to stone
A soul in tension that's learning to fly
Condition grounded but determined to try

Can't keep my eyes from the circling skies
Tongue-tied and twisted just an earth-bound misfit, I

[Spoken:]
Friction lock - set. Mixture - rich. Propellers - fully forward. Flaps - set - 10 degree. Engine gauges and suction – check
Mixture set to maximum percent – recheck
Flight instruments...
Altimeters - check both
(garbled word) – on
Navigation lights – on
Strobes – on
(to tower): Confirm 3-8-Echo ready for departure
(tower): Hello again, this is now 129.4
(to tower): 129.4. It's to go.
(tower): You may commence your takeoff, winds over 10 knots.
(to tower): 3-8-Echo
Easy on the brakes. Take it easy. Its gonna roll this time.
Just hand the power gradually, and it...

Above the planet on a wing and a prayer,
My grubby halo, a vapour trail in the empty air,
Across the clouds I see my shadow fly
Out of the corner of my watering eye
A dream unthreatened by the morning light
Could blow this soul right through the roof of the night

There's no sensation to compare with this
Suspended animation, a state of bliss

Can't keep my mind from the circling skies

Tongue-tied and twisted just an earth-bound misfit, I

Ya esta amaneciendo, el sol saliendo
Yo amanezco a lado tuyo, bebe

Y todavía no recuerdo nada
Ni siquiera conozco tu cara
Pero amaneciste aquí en mi cama
Ya son las 6 de la mañana
Y todavía no recuerdo nada

Y todavía no recuerdo nada
Ni siquiera conozco tu cara
Pero amaneciste aquí en mi cama
Ya son las 6 de la mañana
Y todavía no recuerdo nada
Ni siquiera conozco tu cara
Pero amaneciste aquí en mi cama

Ya esta amaneciendo, el sol saliendo
Yo amanezco a lado tuyo, bebe
